Michael brings more than 25 years of technology leadership, blending entrepreneurship, enterprise transformation, and deep technical expertise. He has founded successful cloud services companies and designed and managed complex network environments for some of the world's top enterprises. Throughout his career, Michael has consistently bridged the gap between advanced technology and business outcomes -- helping organizations modernize, strengthen security, and unlock new efficiencies.

A respected authority across networking, security, and virtualization, Michael also holds more than 32 industry certifications, including Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Linuex LPIC3, VMware Certified Professional, and multiple Fortinet NSE7 (FCSS) credentials. He earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in law from California Southern University, underscoring his holistic perspective on technology, compliance, and governance.
