Champion for Newborns Virtual Telethon
October 23 at 7 PM
Together We Can Save Lives
Have Plans for Saturday, October 23?

We would like to invite you to join us for our virtual telethon at 7 PM. Come as you are; from anywhere in the world you call home as we will be streaming live on the internet. The goal of the one-hour virtual telethon is to raise funds for A Safe Haven for Newborns and to raise public awareness of the risks these defenseless infants face of being abandoned.

All that you will need is an internet connection as the event will be accessible from your computer or mobile device. In the span of one hour, you will be entertained, learn about our life saving programs, and can participate in our silent auction. And, if what you hear touches your heart, we kindly ask that you please make a donation to help us in our life-saving mission of saving the most innocent and defenseless among us the newborn.

Registering is easy, just click NEWBORNS.givesmart.com or text NEWBORNS to 76278.

One more thing, please share this link with your friends, family members, and colleagues.

She has generously shared her talent and charisma first as host of our signature gala and now for the virtual telethon.Thank You for believing in what we do.
We refer to this as an act of love
said, Former Oviedo Fire Chief, Lars White
A friend and longtime ambassador to A Safe Haven for Newborns, former Oviedo Fire Chief Lars White recently was interviewed for the Osceola News-Gazette where he spoke about Florida's Surrendered Law which allows mothers to surrender a newborn up to seven days old and remain anonymous. He said that the fire department helps to oversee the surrender process. "The method provides comfort to the mother that her newborn is placed with a loving, well-trained professional," said White. "We refer to this as an act of love." To read the complete article, just click on the image.
