SPOTLIGHT
Cole Brown grew up in Napa. His grandmother had a small vineyard, and his dad worked in the wine industry. Wine was always a part of family celebrations. After being laid off from a part-time job in high school due to Covid-19, he applied for an internship at Grow West and was hired to work in the warehouse. One of his co-workers allowed him to ride along for a day with him while he worked in the fields as a pest manager. Cole was hooked and decided to take some classes to learn more about this important role. After completing his coursework and passing the test, Cole was promoted to his current position as a Pest Control Advisor. Here’s his story.
