Our 25th Season is Coming!

August is right around the corner, and we couldn’t be more excited about celebrating 25 Years of OICMF! The Festival opens on August 4, as Time for Three returns to Lopez Island with a special guest appearance by Sempre Sisters, Charlotte and Olivia Marckx. The following evening, August 5, these same dynamic performers will kick things off on Orcas with a free outdoor concert at the Village Green in Eastsound. Then we're off, with 10 main-stage concerts and a SECOND free outdoor concert on August 14 – an afternoon of Big Band music featuring Jens Lindemann and a very fresh big band arrangement of Rhapsody in Blue, featuring Jon “Jackie” Kimura Parker.

There will be many familiar faces joining us this summer, including the Miró Quartet, Chee-Yun, Robyn Bollinger, Desmond Hoebig, Jose Franch-Ballester, Toby Hoffman, plus artists new to the Festival. We know you will enjoy listening to and getting to know them! And of course, our fearless Founder and Artistic Director Aloysia Friedmann will take to the stage with her viola!

If you would like to get involved as a sponsor or a volunteer, we’d love to have you! Call or write Anita at (360) 376-6636, anita@oicmf.org. Keep an eye on our website for updates on artists, repertoire, protocols, and ticketing.
