HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE OF ST. PAUL’S: VESTRY APPLICATIONS & NOMINATIONS OPEN NOVEMBER 9
Starting Monday, November 9, parishioners are invited to apply — or nominate a fellow parishioner — to serve on the St. Paul’s Vestry! The nomination period runs through December 7. Consider sharing your own gifts and perspectives or recommending someone whose commitment to St. Paul’s would make them a valuable addition to the Vestry. The Vestry works closely with our rector to provide strategic oversight, adopt the annual budget and offer feedback supporting St. Paul’s mission and goals. Vestry members serve three-year terms and typically meet on the third Tuesday of each month. Click below to learn more about Vestry responsibilities, and then complete an application or submit a nomination starting Monday.

GENERATIONS OF LOVE AND GIVING
Yesterday, members of St. Paul’s Grandmothers’ Group put their spirit into action, gathering for fellowship and creativity, as they decorated coloring book covers for children at Riley Children’s Hospital. The day included lunch and a virtual tour with Ann Hannon, director of the Riley Cheer Guild, who shared how the Toy Room brings joy and comfort to children and their families.
We’re grateful for these caring hearts and the many ways they share God’s love throughout our community! To learn more about Grandmothers' Group, click here to email Joie Kipka.

FLOWER BED PREPARATION
Saturday, November 7, 2-4 p.m., St. Paul's Grounds
The wildflowers in St. Paul's flower beds have had another beautiful season of blooming, hosting pollinators and bearing seed. It's time to prepare for next year! For the next two Saturdays (on Saturday, November 14, we'll work from 9-11 a.m.), we could use help pulling wintercreeper out of the flower beds. Wherever two or three are gathered to pull weeds, henceforth shall wildflowers blossom around them. If you can assist, please come either day (or both). Wear closed-toe shoes and bring gloves and a shovel if you have them (if you don't, come join in the fun anyway). Click here to email Bill Cummings with questions.

STREETS TO HOME INDY
Campaign Launch Sunday, November 15
On Sunday, November 15, St. Paul’s Faith in Action (FIA) ministry launches the next fundraising initiative for Streets to Home Indy, helping our neighbors experiencing homelessness find stable housing. On that day, we'll welcome Rabbi Dr. Aaron Spiegel, Executive Director/President of the Greater Indianapolis Multifaith Alliance (GIMA), as our guest preacher at the 9 and 11:15 a.m. services. Also on that day at 10:15 a.m., join us for an Adult Faith Forum with Chelsea Haring-Cozzi, CEO of the Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention (CHIP), to learn more about Streets to Home and its impact in our community. St. Paul’s FIA ministry is pledging $25,000 and inviting the congregation to match it with an additional $25,000. Last year, your generosity helped raise more than $50,000 and provide more than 18 move-in kits to Streets to Home! This year's giving window will be November 15–22 — we can help more neighbors find a place to call home. FIA committee members will be in Burrows Commons this Sunday, November 8, sharing more information.
