Bawa Hope - Workshop Destroyed Bawa Hope in Kenya had a terrible incident this week.. The artisan workshops at Kibera Toi market burned down and the equipment has been destroyed. They are a Fair-Trade company working with marginalized artisans Kenya who produce jewelry, wood products, and handbags. Many of the artisans work in rural and slum communities. Bawa seeks to use enterprise as a tool for empowering marginalized artisans and safeguarding the environment.
