Dean first volunteered with Cedar Valley Habitat in 1995 on a local construction site. Years later, when the food bank where he had been serving closed, he began looking for new ways to give back. That search led him to ReStore; where he discovered his true calling: scrapping.



"I truly enjoy tearing things apart. For me, scrapping is a volunteer opportunity made in Heaven! I will do this as long as my hands and fingers allow me to continue."
