Referendum Ballot Reminder |
|
Referendum Ballots were mailed on 12/15/2020 to members who are participating property owners as of 11/17/2020. Ballots should be returned postmarked by 1/20/2021 to Elliott Davis, LLC, Attn: RC Lead, 100 Calhoun Street, Suite 300, Charleston, SC 29401-9945.
If you have not received your Referendum ballot, please contact Sea Pines CSA at referendum@csaseapines.com with your name, Sea Pines property address, and email address so that we may process your replacement ballot via email. Please allow 2-3 business days for a replacement to be processed.

North Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project |
|
Major Road Reconstruction to begin early in the week of January 11, 2021
Phase 1 includes storm water repairs, leisure trail reconstruction, roadway realignment, tree work, and restriping of the roadway between Lighthouse Road and Red Cardinal Road.
- Major road reconstruction will begin early in the week of January 11, 2021. Flag persons will be present to control traffic.
- Work will be performed Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm with no work occurring on major holidays. Weekend work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance.
- Motorists should expect traffic delays. The project area is considered an active work zone. Please use caution while driving in this area. To avoid the project area, please use the main gate located on Greenwood Drive.
- Signage will be placed throughout the work zones and at various locations within the community, to communicate project messages.
- Please observe and obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices.
- Phase 1 construction is anticipated to be completed by Spring 2021.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to complete this important infrastructure repair project.

Christmas Tree Drop-off Locations
Sea Pines property owners may drop off their live (non-artificial) Christmas trees in the neighborhood debris drop off locations. Please note- ALL lights and decorations must be removed from the tree before drop off.

Sea Pines CSA Relative & Commercial 2021 Annual Decals Due by 2/1/2021
PLEASE NOTE- THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROPERTY OWNER DECALS.
The Sea Pines CSA Office is accepting annual pass decal applications for 2021. To apply for Sea Pines Annual Passes please visit www.seapinesliving.com/request. The CSA Office Administration is open by appointment only. Staff will notify each business/individual via phone when the 2021 decal(s) are ready for pickup.

2021 Sea Pines CSA Residential Assessment Reminder
Invoices were mailed the first week in December with the balance being due on January 11, 2021. As always, payment plans are available up until the due date (1/11/21) by contacting Tracey McNeill at traceym@csaseapines.com.
When paying your assessment please note, that due to COVID-19, the CSA Administration Office remains open by appointment only. You may drop off a check with our receptionist, but we are unable to accept credit card payments in person. Due to the high volume of calls, the most expeditious way to pay your bill is to send a check to the lockbox address (CSA, INC. P O BOX 628207 ORLANDO, FL 32862-8207) or the CSA office (175 Greenwood Drive, HHI, SC 29928), or use the online portal to pay with a credit, debit card or e-check. The Salty Dog Cafe Hosted Special Bonfire Event To Benefit The Sea Pines Forest Preserve |
|
On December 31st The Salty Dog Cafe generously hosted a "Say Goodbye to 2020 Bonfire" event benefiting The Sea Pines Forest Preserve. The ticketed event featured a three-course dinner, multiple fire pits, live music, holiday displays, and a ball drop. Contactless dinner delivery was also available to those who wished to participate from a distance.
Thank you to The Salty Dog Cafe and to all who took part in supporting our natural treasure, The Sea Pines Forest Preserve!
