Parking Lot Repaving Update and OFFSITE Worship This Sunday, July 12
The parking lot repaving and sidewalk projects are currently underway thanks to your generous contributions to the "Pave the Way" campaign. The church building will be closed from Thursday, July 9 through Sunday, July 12 due to the building being inaccessible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We will keep you posted regarding next week.
We anticipate the parking lot to be unavailable through at least Wednesday, July 15. The driveway closest to the parsonage should be available for limited parking, but work on the sidewalk is also continuing, so access to the building is very difficult. If possible, please plan to postpone any visits to the church until the work is complete. If you need to stop by the church, please call first to be sure the building is accessible and a staff member is available to greet you.
This means that on Sunday, July 12 at 9:30 am we will share worship with St. Matthew's Lutheran Church at 2440 Conestoga Rd, Chester Springs, PA 19425. This will be a great time to connect with our "sister" congregation with whom we collaborate, especially on areas like Youth Ministry, Rise Against Hunger and Vacation Bible School. In
addition, please note that St. Matthew's plans to host a special hospitality as a
welcome gesture to St. Paul's, so please plan to join.

Donations for VBS
Hello everyone! We need a few items to make Illumination Station VBS a success this year! We are especially looking for donations to feed our hungry guides and for our ice cream social. If you are able to help, please stop by the table in the narthex to pick up tag for a needed item you can help with and return the item by Thursday, July 16. Your donations will help us provide the best programming for our campers this summer. Thank you!.

Experience with Google Voice
If anyone has had experience with using Google Voice in their business or organization, would you please contact Cari in the church office? In our quest to always steward funds carefully, we are looking at this as an option for our phone system. Thanks!

Support Earthquake Relief in Venezuela
Two powerful earthquakes struck Venezuela last week, with 1700 lives confirmed lost so far, with thousands more injured and families left without shelter, safety, or access to necessities. Lutheran Disaster Response is already responding through trusted, long-standing partners in the region, including the Lutheran World Federation (LWF) and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Venezuela (IELV). ELCA partners have deployed assessment teams to affected areas, working together to identify urgent needs, provide immediate relief (e.g. food, shelter, water) and coordinate a plan for long-term assistance. To help support these efforts, please consider making a donation to Lutheran Disaster Response. Donations should be made online directly (not sent through St. Paul's). Thank you!

Organ/Accompanist or Assistant Music Director Position
Our team is ready to start receiving application materials for this staff position. You'll notice we are advertising in two different ways. We remain committed to our use of the organ in traditional worship and if needed, will be restructuring the Music Director position to ensure continuity in this area. We will ultimately select the new person and role that best align with the lead applicant's specific skills and heart to ensure the best fit for our music ministry. If you are interested or know someone who might be a good candidate, please check out StPaulsLionville.org/careers to learn more.

Home Crafting Projects
Even though the Crafters are not meeting throughout summer, our sewing projects continue at home. If you’d like to help with the easy-to-sew school bags for Lutheran World Relief, let us know. It’s just straight stitch sewing from an easy-to-follow instruction sheet. Or if you’d like to finish off one of our quilts by putting in the final knots, they’re ready to work on too. Questions? Tilly Hujsak (home) 610-363-6898 (cell) 610-764-8800 or Karen Pindle 484-883-5721 (cell). Thank you.

Give Us Your Thoughts on Worship Music
In order to deepen our understanding of the needs of the congregation, the Worship Planning Team requests individuals who normally attend the 10:30 am service from May through September to respond to the following Contemporary Music Selections Survey:
