January 14, 2021- Sea Pines Security received several reports of car break-ins from around the Club Course area as a result of vehicles being left unlocked. We want to take this time to remind everyone in Sea Pines to remove the opportunity for theft by securing your vehicles (lock your doors and roll up your windows) and to remove personal belongings from plain view when leaving vehicles unattended.

The Sea Pines CSA Office is accepting annual pass decal applications for 2021. To apply for Sea Pines Annual Passes please visit www.seapinesliving.com/request. A new Sea Pines Annual Pass will be required as of 2/1/2021. The CSA Office Administration is open by appointment only. Staff will notify each business/individual via phone when the 2021 decal(s) are ready for pickup. Due to high demand, please allow 3-5 business days for staff to get in touch to schedule your pickup appointment.

From Tuesday, January 19-Friday, January 22 (weather permitting) Sea Pines CSA maintenance staff will begin to repair Beach Walk #20. The Beach Walk will be open during the project, but we ask that pedestrians use caution.

Please note that if you have not remitted payment by January 11, 2021, you are subject to late fees as well as finance charges on your outstanding balance. When paying your assessment please note, that due to COVID-19, the CSA Administration Office remains open by appointment only. You may drop off a check with our receptionist, but we are unable to accept credit card payments in person. Due to the high volume of calls, the most expeditious way to pay your bill is to send a check to the lockbox address (CSA, INC. P O BOX 628207 ORLANDO, FL 32862-8207) or the CSA office (175 Greenwood Drive, HHI, SC 29928), or use the online portal to pay with a credit, debit card or e-check. Spectrum has notified Sea Pines CSA that they will be conducting splicing work on S Sea Pines Drive on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. This project will impact services for Spectrum Customers from Cedar Wax Ring Drive all the way through Lands End Road. The initial outage will be approximately 2 hours and intermittent services for an additional 2 hours.
