Greetings, Hope this email finds you well and safe in the world of covid challenges. Know from interacting with many of you remotely that the LSP spirit is well and as alive as ever.

Product Delivery Status

If you have tried lately to order either the Starter Kit or Window Exploration Kit from LEGO's EU shop you been out of luck. Maybe you even have gotten as message saying the kits would no longer be produced. The reality is that the products temporarily out of stock in EU until sometime in May. Still available in the US store. No plans for stopping production of the kits.

Adopting the SGP Concept to Creation of "Credo"

I have often been asked, if it is possible to extract Simple Guiding Principles without going through AT6 Playing Emergence. The answer is no! Not in the sense that SGPs are extracted as part of developing a RTS. However, that doesn't mean the basic SGP concept can't be adopted to another context. Shozo Koide from Japan decided to pilot such an adoption with 20 LSP workshops for 180 employees in a social game company. The company invested €75.000 in the project and employees extracted 180 SGPs based on which the company created a CREDO with 30 action guidelines. The result was so successful that the company decided to run the same workshops the following year. We will of course with great interest follow the longer-term impact for the company of the "Credo" creating with LSP. You can read Shozo's full case description by downloading this document.

Shozo Koide lives in Japan. In 1987 Graduated from International Christian University, Faculty of Liberal Arts (Bachelor of Arts). After working as a marketing planner at advertising companies, he became an independent brand consultant in 2000. He attended the Foundation Training by Robert Rasmussen in February 2013 and has been an active member of the Japanese LSP community since his certification.

Global Community Meeting October 5 - 6, 2021

We are hopeful that we will be able to arrange the annual face-to-face meeting in Billund, Denmark. We expect format to be highly similar to what we did for 2020.

Call for Pro Bono Proposals 2021

We have extended the deadline for proposals from March 1 till September 1, 2021. Reason for this extension is not surprising impact of the covid situation. You can read the full description of the terms etc. at the Experience Exchange blog.
