SDMF Student Experience Survey
Each year, the School District of Menomonee Falls conducts an anonymous student survey to access feedback about our students’ experiences in school. Our school leaders and teachers review this feedback and use it to celebrate successes and develop action steps for improvement. No individual student names or personally identifiable information are collected; only the name of the student’s school is recorded.
The Student Experience Survey will be conducted in the upcoming weeks. All students (grades 1 and up) will have time provided for engaging with the survey. We use standard items designed by our partners at Studer Education. Please view the items below.
Please choose the best response from 1-Strongly Disagree to 5-Strongly Agree, based on your experience.
1. I believe my learning is important at my school.
2. I enjoy specials or electives.
3. I believe my teachers care about me.
4. I feel safe at my school.
5. I believe school rules are consistently enforced.
