What's Happening at the Chamber?
|
|
|
How is it possible that we are only a month into the new year!?
January is a great time to get caught up on lingering projects and refresh plans for a new year. Here at the Chamber that is exactly what we have been doing. Our Board of Directors participated in the first part of a two-session Strategic Planning Retreat. The process provided an opportunity to address strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for our organization, our members and our community. The outcome will be a renewed and shared vision with actionable goals that guide our every day actions; we are excited to share that with you soon!
With that being said, I'm sure many of you are wondering "What's on the Chamber Calendar this year?". We are still in the process of determining our final slate of events, but a quick recap of what we DO know:
- Golf Classic - Friday, June 3rd (See below - registration is open & sponsorship available)
- Expo - Date TBD (Fall 2022)
- MI Pitch & Tri-Chamber After Hours - Tentative September
- Autumn Celebration - October 27
- Hometown Holiday - December 2
And don't forget about monthly events (more info see below):
- Legislative Update - Every fourth Monday @ 9am (except July/December)
- Wake Up Shake Up Networking Breakfast - Every fourth Tuesday @ 7:15am
Stay tuned!
