Drive College and Career Readiness

What Matters Most?

As school counselors continue balancing growing caseloads and increasingly complex student needs, one question continues to surface:

What truly helps students become more prepared, confident, and successful as they transition from high school into
college and careers?

This fall, GradRock® is introducing a pilot partnership opportunity designed to help answer that question through a practical, data-driven approach focused on measurable student outcomes.

A Low-Risk, High-Insight Opportunity

This pilot is designed to provide additional structure and support without creating unnecessary burdens for counseling departments.

More importantly, it offers participating organizations an opportunity to gather meaningful data about what most effectively helps students prepare for life after high school.

The findings may help shape future programming, strengthen student support systems, and identify strategies that improve both college and career readiness outcomes.

Join the Pilot & Support Parents, Too

Participating schools and organizations will receive complimentary access to our downloadable Parent College & Career Roadmap—a grade-by-grade guide designed to help families stay informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the post-secondary planning process. Reserve your pilot spot no later than September 4, 2026.

A visual, grade-by-grade roadmap parents can reference all year long.

Looking Ahead

College and career readiness is no longer a one-size-fits-all process. Today’s students benefit most when schools, families, and planning tools work together in a coordinated and intentional way.

GradRock is excited to explore partnerships with schools and organizations interested in participating in this upcoming pilot initiative and contributing to a broader conversation about student success, preparation, and post-secondary readiness.
