Women’s North Georgia Day Hike

Saturday, November 7, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Len Foote Hike Inn Trailhead, Amicalola Falls State Park

Come away with us for a full day in the North Georgia mountains. We’ll hike 10 miles round trip, stop at the Hike Inn for lunch, games, quiet reflection and some well-earned rest before heading back down.

This adventure isn’t just for adults. Girls in middle school and up are welcome too, so bring your daughter, your friend, or both. We hope you’ll join us!

Pray Where You Are - 10 Min

Thursday, October 15, 7:30 AM & 7:30 PM

There’s no Prayer Matters Zoom this week or next, but we can still pray together. At 7:30 a.m. or 7:30 p.m., wherever you are, take ten minutes to stop and pray for our church, our neighbors and one another, knowing others are praying with you. If God shows you something or you have a praise to share, we’d love to hear it.

The Mom Community Winter Coat Drive

The Mom Community is collecting new and gently used winter coats and other winter essential (adult women’s sizes S–XXXL and infant/toddler sizes 3M–5T) to distribute to the families served by The Mom Community.

Please drop off clean, ready-to-wear coats/gear in the donation bins in the foyer now through November 1.

Friends of Refugees Volunteer Work Day

Join us for a Volunteer Work Day on Saturday, October 24th. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact in the Clarkston community and connect with others who share the same excitement for serving with Friends of Refugees. Opportunities include garden work, painting, assembling furniture, cleanup, etc. at various Friends of Refugees program sites.
