"We shall have to learn to use moral energy to put a new sort of force into the world and believe that it is a vital thing--the only thing, in this moment of sorrow and death and destruction that will heal the world...."  Jane Addams, Zurich, at the closing of the 1919 International Congress of Women

Dear WILPF Sisters:

Tomorrow (and today) is once again a time when our voices are in unison around the world -- standing up, shouting out and rolling up our sleeves for democracy...for the vision and mission of WILPF itself.

We join our family of peace activists with the lioness-hearted energy, while carrying the light through the dark passages of a history of filled with dehumanizing injustice.

We are PRESENT, we are HERE TOGETHER...we will not forget as we stand on the shoulders of our sisters before us.

GO IN PEACE, GO! GO! GO!

Yours in Solidarity...
