Caregiver Support & Educational Network
Tuesday, June 21, 2022, 12:00 PM

It is tough to be productive if you're running on fumes and constantly stressed out. Overwhelming schedules and constant churning leads to exhaustion, anxiety, and stress-related illnesses. As caregivers, endless busyness can weaken our immunity. When we don’t manage our schedules and take time for ourselves, we can age faster, and become more susceptible to illnesses, and burnout.

In a world where people wear “busy” like a badge of honor, not being busy can feel awkward and unnatural. You worry that you should be accomplishing something or that something isn’t getting done. But busy does not equal productive. Join us for an active discussion on finding ways to thrive and gain mastery over time.
