Board Member of The Integrity Path

Athlete, Stuntwoman, Speaker

Suzanne Littrell

Suzanne has lived a multifaceted life as a champion athlete, Hollywood stuntwoman, entrepreneur, and her love of nonprofit work.

Raised on the beaches of Southern California, Suzanne broke barriers in athletics with the help of title 9 and from an early age. By 15, she had become the #1 ranked female surfer in the United States (1978). When surfing was not accepted into the Olympics, she turned her focus to volleyball, earning statewide MVP honors at El Camino Junior College and a scholarship to the University of Southern California. She is now enshrined in the El Camino College Hall of Fame and recognized as one of the Top 75 Athletes of All Time across all sports.

Her athleticism launched her into Hollywood stunt work, where she mastered high falls, fire burns, precision driving, and fight choreography. Her career includes over 100 film, television, and commercial credits, including work in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Voyager as a stunt double. She was known for her daring spirit, including a memorable commercial where she played tennis on top of a moving 18-wheeler truck.

Suzanne later founded Hermosa Oasis Vacation Corporate Rentals in Hermosa Beach, Her entrepreneurial success was profiled in the Los Angeles Times, which highlighted her commitment to continued education through executive training at USC’s Marshall School of Business.

Today, Suzanne channels her passion for leadership and values education into philanthropy. Together with her husband, Medal of Honor recipient CSM Gary Littrell, she co-founded The Integrity Path (TIP). Through these initiatives, she mentors and inspires students nationwide, blending STEM engagement with the Six Core Values of the Medal of Honor: courage, sacrifice, patriotism, citizenship, integrity, and commitment.

Whether in sports, Hollywood, business, or service, Suzanne has dedicated her life to breaking barriers, uplifting communities, and showing young people that small actions can be tipping points toward a life of integrity and purpose.

A Partnership Anchored in Honor & Service

At The Integrity Path (TIP), we’re committed to helping youth walk a life of integrity, courage, and honor.

We’re excited to explore a partnership with the Battleship USS Iowa, turning this living emblem of service and valor into a classroom for character formation. Imagine TIP youth:

Exploring naval engineering and ship systems while learning integrity and service
Spending a night aboard the Iowa, sleeping in berthing racks, fostering devotion and selflessness
Engaging in STEM & teamwork projects under the banner of commitment and leadership
Hearing from TIP mentors about how the Medal of Honor values — courage, sacrifice, commitment, integrity, valor, selflessness — translate into daily life

By integrating TIP’s values into immersion programs aboard Iowa, we make the lessons of honor more than historical — we make them transformational.

Spoken for and about CSM Gary Littrell ret. MOH

We invite educators across the U.S. to connect with The Integrity Path and bring our program to their students. Led by Medal of Honor recipient Hall of Fame ARMY Ranger Gary Littrell and USC Volleyball Athlete, All-American-National Amature Surfing Champion, and former Hollywood stuntwoman Suzanne Littrell, we share the Six Core Values of the Medal of Honor—courage, commitment, sacrifice, integrity, citizenship, and patriotism—through real-life stories and interactive sessions, with no politics or glorification of war.

We’ve partnered with DOD STARBASE, LAUSD JROTC units, The Battleship Iowa, Post 283 and AUSA by combining STEM learning with character education. Students consistently tell us our visits help them rethink choices, build resilience, and discover their potential. See above video for one of many students thanking Gary Littrell for all he does.
