Lisa Higgins Lisa Higgins was engaged by a Deputy General Counsel at a publicly traded technology company. Lisa supported her client's elevation to Head of Commercial Law. Coaching focused shifting from individual contributor to strategic function leader, redefining success away from task execution and toward organizational influence and cross-functional visibility.


Over the course of the engagement, Lisa's client developed gravitas and presence, and demonstrated growing strategic maturity in concrete moments - including navigating nuanced headcount conversations with senior leadership. Claire Simier recently spoke in support of the Lafayette Fellowship, an initiative of Villa Albertine that provides exceptional American students with the opportunity to pursue graduate studies in France while strengthening enduring ties between France and the United States.


As a Trustee of the Albertine Foundation and a champion of the Fellowship, Claire shared why investing in future leaders is essential to addressing tomorrow's global challenges through collaboration, education and cross-cultural exchange.
