Color is essential to our health and well-being. Thank goodness the gray style in decor was over quickly! We need the entire rainbow in our lives to support our vitality, happiness, and creativity. Even Mother Nature is on board. After winter gray skies and drab foliage, we are rewarded with wildflowers in the spring.

This week's image features Picacho State Park, about 35 miles west of Tucson, Arizona. Just off I-10, this massive 1,500 ft. high outcropping has been a landmark since prehistoric times. It rises out of the flat desert, and is visible for 20 miles around. Right now, it is carpeted with yellow mountain poppies, blue lupine wildflowers, and every possible shade of green. It is also mobbed by people from across Arizona, America and throughout the world.
