Reminder - Industry Update

Effective August 17th, 2024 -

Potential buyers must enter a written agreement with the agent before touring a home. Buyers should know that REALTORS who don't provide written agreements are in violation of the new rules. These types of agreements have always existed but were not always enforced.

Having a REALTOR represent you as the buyer allows you to have an agent that will work in your best interest. These agreements transparently outline the services that a REALTOR will provide and how they will be compensated.
