Paul Ambos will be placing a new card order on the morning of Monday, November 2. Please place your orders accordingly. If you plan to mail him an order with a check, please (a) mail it by Wednesday, October 28, or, better, (b) advise him by email when you mail it of what your order is so that he can place it on time despite possible Post Office delays. Or, if you place your own order directly on the RaiseRight website or app, Paul will be able to see it there when he orders the monthly batch.

If you need help in registering with RaiseRight or have forgotten your previous sign-in information, please email him and he will send you a new invitation.

You can avoid writing the parish a check (or Venmoing the church designated “RaiseRight”) by using RaiseRight’s payment options through your checking account of credit card (checking costs a 29 cent charge per order; credit cards charge a percentage that is usually more). And if you want physical cards delivered directly to your home, you can do that through the app, although you will be charged for delivery. If you order for delivery through him, the church covers the delivery charge.

Thank you for your support of this parish program.

Vestry Key Topics

The vestry met on Monday, October 12th and reviewed updates from the finance committee and search committee and appointed members to the Annual Meeting Committee. The bulk of our time was spent discussing the presentation to the parish by Kyanite Partners on October 6th. Read the big takeaways from our discussion: HERE

We invite people to testify if they are prayerfully led and also encourage them to send their prayer requests in advance if they wish. Some attendees come prepared from time to time to not only testify, but to give a word of encouragement.
