Thank you to those who submitted CSA Committees Applications
The CSA Board of Directors would like to thank everyone who submitted a 2020 CSA Committee Volunteer Application for consideration on a CSA Committee.

CSA Committee chairs are currently reviewing the applications specific to his/her committee. The committee chair will consider skills and experience that apply to the purpose and responsibilities of the committee as outlined in the committee charter. To review 2019 committee charters click here .
 
Committee membership will be presented to the CSA Board of Directors for approval at the February 4th CSA Board Meeting at 3PM. S uccessful applicants will be notified of their committee assignments following that meeting.

CSA Annual Assessment Information
The 2020 assessment bills were mailed out on December 20th, 2019 and were mailed to owners notice of mailing address.

While the assessment due date was January 10, 2020, we will not be assessing late fees until February 1, 2020.

CSA Maintenance Updates
Tree work on Greenwood Drive leisure trails from the Forest Preserve entrance to Old Military Planned For Next Week

  • Tree work on Greenwood Drive leisure trails from the Forest Preserve entrance to Old Military
  • Work will occur Tuesday 1/21 to Friday 1/24, weather permitting. 
  • Intermittent closures of the leisure trail may be necessary during this work. Please use caution in the work zones.

Road Reconstruction Project: Phase 2 of Greenwood Drive from Governors Road to Plantation Drive
 
  • Storm water work and road widening work will continue next week on Greenwood Drive, weather permitting. Flag persons will be present as needed to control traffic with alternating single lane closures in the designated work zone.
  • Work will be taking place on Saturday, January 18th and on the holiday, Monday, January 20th, weather permitting
  • Motorists should expect traffic delays in the project area, to avoid the project area, please use the Ocean Gate. Please observe and obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices.

Lighthouse Road Project

  • Drainage, road work and curb repairs continue next week, weather permitting
  • Work will be taking place on the holiday, Monday, January 20th, weather permitting
  • Motorists should expect traffic delays in the area closest to Harbour Town. Flag persons will be present as needed to control traffic.

Sandhill Crane Road Drainage Repair Project
 
  • Drainage maintenance and repairs are ongoing on Sandhill Crane Road during the next few weeks, weather permitting.
  • Lane closures are not expected during this work.
