In this webinar, we will go over some essentials about CAT tools, including Trados, roll up our sleeves, and present many practical suggestions to incorporate CAT tools into your workflow.

We will demo several types of CAT tools: paid, free, and browser-based, and highlight tools such as translation memories and termbases.

We will keep a lot of time open for questions and discussion.

Nicolas is a translator and conference interpreter, member of TAALS and AIIC, based in the Washington, D.C. area.

Trained at ESIT and ISIT in Paris, he was a staff translator at the State Department's Office of Language Services, where he contributed to policy work related to Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools and AI.
