ACTION ALERT: Call Governor Lamont Today

in Support of a Strong Housing Bill!

Connecticut’s leaders are discussing a Special Session, and this is the moment to act. We need Governor Lamont to champion a strong housing bill, because housing solves homelessness.

Beyond the housing bill, the Governor and legislature must also close the $1.5 million shortfall for cold weather emergency shelter - everyone must come inside.

Call Governor Lamont today: 860-566-4840

What to say:

“Governor Lamont, please make sure a strong housing bill passes in Special Session. Housing solves homelessness—and people across Connecticut—families, youth, seniors, and individuals—cannot wait.

With winter approaching and more people being pushed into homelessness, the $1.5 million shortfall for cold weather emergency shelter must be fully funded.

Now is also the time to push back against harmful federal policies that criminalize our unhoused neighbors. Connecticut must choose housing and compassion—not handcuffs.”

That’s it. One call = one more voice for change. Every single call matters.
