The 8322 Optically Clear Epoxy offers a very strong, UV-resistant finish. Simple to mix and use this epoxy protects against static discharges, shocks, vibrations, and mechanical impacts. It insulates against heat and conductivity and is extremely resistant to humidity, salt water, and many harsh chemicals.
Applications & Usages: The 8322 epoxy is used to pot or encapsulate LEDs and printed circuit assemblies in protective blocks. The cured epoxy improves reliability, operational range, and lengthens the life of electrical and electronic parts.
8331 is a Silver Conductive Epoxy with a 10 min work time and high conductivity. It bonds well to a variety of surfaces and it resists thermal and mechanical shocks. This epoxy adhesive is great for forming conductivity seals, bonding and repairing of electronic devices.
Applications & Usages: Solder replacement for bonding heat sensitive electronic components. It allows for quick cold soldering repairs and is effective at bonding heat sinks to other components and PCB's. 8331 also provides excellent EMI/RFI shielding and is very effective at filling seams between metal plates. Available in syringe or tub.
The 842 Silver Conductive Coating Aerosol is a very highly conductive acrylic resin that provides long term EMI/RFI shielding for non-conductive enclosures. Adheres to even difficult substrates like ABS and polycarbonates. It has stronger adhesion than water based coatings. Meets RoHS directive Low VOC MIR. Repairable and removable.

New UV Adhesive for Difficult to Bond Plastics
Techsil's have launched a new transparent UV and visible light curing adhesive from the successful Vitralit® UV 4050s series. Vitralit® UV 4050 MV features medium viscosity and is well suited for bonding plastics like PVC, ABS, SAN and PC but also bonds well to stainless steel and glass.

New LED UV Curing Lamp is Portable and Intense
LEDLINE 500 is a highly intensive UV-LED line. Its compact design makes it easy to transport and thus ideal for mobile use. Its intensive irradiation ensures reliable production results within seconds. An integrated timer allows the adjustment of irradiation times between 1 second and 19 hours which leads to exactly reproducible curing results. Continuous operation is also possible. LEDLINE 500 is especially apt for curing UV reactive adhesives and sealants used for
bonding glass, plastics and metals; electrical components and repairing of plastic parts with
UV curing polyester resins.

Momentive's IS800 Series High Performance Silicone Pastes
Momentive's IS800 series consists of one-component, ready-to-use RTV silicone adhesive sealants. Because these paste-consistency products will flow only with external pressure, they may be applied to horizontal, vertical and overhead surfaces in thicknesses up to 6mm (1/4 in.) They have sufficient uncured body to stick light objects while cure is taking place. They are supplied in collapsible squeeze tubes, caulking cartridges, and in bulk containers. Available in White, Black, Translucent, and Aluminum.

Fast Curing Solventless Silicone Conformal Coating
ECC3050S conformal coating is a low viscosity, solventless silicone coating that cures very rapidly, at room temperature, to a soft, transparent silicone rubber. ECC3050S conformal coating can also be cured using a low temperature oven process to reduce cure and handling times, making it an excellent candidate to consider for high volume production conformal coating of printed circuit board assemblies with temperature limited components.
