The following interest rate change is effective for Step Up loans reserved on or after March 18, 2021:
Conventional – Freddie Mac 80% AMI and under
to
3.625%
from 3.75%
Conventional – Freddie Mac Over 80% AMI
to
4.00%
from 4.25%
