Take a tag from the tree

The CSL gift tree is up in the Narthex!

Please take a tag from the tree to purchase gifts worth approximately $25 for children, teens, and adults. Then place your unwrapped gifts under the tree on or before December 10.

We'll take them to CSL for distribution at their annual Christmas Store for families.

Thank you for your continued support. Your gift will brighten Christmas morning for a child or person who otherwise would not receive a gift.

Dormer roof built

Come to church this Sunday and get a real glimpse of what our new addition to the Narthex will look like when complete. The framing and sheathing of the dormer roof is now done. The new stairs are in place and you can see how they will wrap around the handicap lift.

During construction we ask everyone to be especially mindful of their own safety and to exercise good judgment when workers and equipment are present.

Clip and bring to church

Please remember to clip and collect labels from products with the Best Choice®, Clearly by Best Choice®, and Best Choice® Superior Selections® logos and bring them to church for us to redeem them for $.03 per label!

There is a collection box in the Narthex. Best Choice® products are available at Price Chopper stores. Make sure you clip the UPC code with the words Best Choice®.

Thank you Meg Swant for coordinating this project.

Every Wednesday at 1:00 pm

Led by Fr. Jonathan+, please join us every Wednesday for Bible Study in the downstairs classroom beginning at 1:00 pm.

We're reading and discussing the book The Bible Tells Me So by Peter Enns.

Trained as an evangelical Bible scholar, Peter Enns loved the Scriptures and shared his devotion, teaching at Westminster Theological Seminary. But the further he studied the Bible, the more he found himself confronted by questions that could neither be answered within the rigid framework of his religious instruction or accepted among the conservative evangelical community. The Bible Tells Me So chronicles Enns’s spiritual odyssey, how he came to see beyond restrictive doctrine and learned to embrace God’s Word as it is actually written.
