Don't answer the door for unknown visitors.

Soliciting is not permitted on the property.
If we have anything scheduled (PECO, vent cleaning, fire extinguisher checks), we will email you with advance notice.

Trash Compactor

Horseshoe Drive only.

The dumpster behind the office and maintenance shop is not for resident use. All trash must go to the compactor area.

Patio Cleanup

Time to tidy up.

Please take a few minutes to clean off your patio. Clear out any debris from winter so we can all enjoy the warmer months.

Vehicle Inspections

All vehicles must be inspected and running.

Inoperable or uninspected vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
Please keep car and license plate information up to date with the office for all residents.
