All American in Action:

Projects, Partnerships, and Team Highlights

Peak season brought a busy summer of commercial and residential moves for All American Relocation. From relocating corporate offices and town facilities to moving oversized equipment and heavy machinery, our crews took on projects of all sizes across a variety of industries.

Here’s a look at some of the projects that kept us busy this past quarter!

Specialized Equipment Moves

During a specialized equipment relocation, our crew successfully moved several pieces of oversized machinery, including one machine weighing more than 1,500 pounds.

The project presented a number of unique challenges, including maneuvering a large piece of equipment through a tight doorway. After carefully securing the machine, the team developed a safe and efficient plan to position it in its final location.

Another piece required extensive protection and coordination due to its size and weight. Through careful planning, teamwork, and attention to detail, the entire relocation was completed safely and successfully.

The Town of Holly Springs

Supporting our local communities is at the heart of what we do. Recently, All American Relocation had the privilege of assisting the Town of Holly Springs with its office move, helping create a smooth and organized transition to its new location.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve our neighbors and are proud to deliver relocation solutions that make a difference.

Heavy Equipment Storage

All American Relocation’s Charlotte warehouse oversaw the delivery and storage of 27,000-pound transformers. Through careful planning and precise execution, our team ensured each unit was safely received and securely stored until needed for the next phase of the project.

We’re proud to provide the expertise, equipment, and secure storage capabilities our clients rely on for large-scale and specialized logistics needs.

Behind-the-Scenes Logistics for Professional Sports

While many know us for moving and storage, our services extend far beyond those areas. Through an Office Moving Alliance (OMA) partnership, we provide ongoing equipment pickup and delivery services for a professional sports team, supporting their operations with dependable logistics and transportation solutions. From workplace moves and installations to specialized logistics projects, we're proud to support clients with dependable service wherever and whenever it's needed.

Beyond the Moves

Keeping Cool During Peak Season

Our Charlotte team took a brief break in July to enjoy some ice cream during peak season. With crews out on jobs, office staff coordinating moves, and warehouse activity staying steady throughout the month, it was a nice way to break up a busy summer day!

Celebrating Our Warehouse Team

Our warehouse crew enjoyed a special lunch as a small thank-you for their continued commitment and teamwork. From managing inventory to supporting daily operations, their dedication plays an important role in our success, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they do.

Community Involvement

UNC Health's Stuff the Bus

In August, All American Relocation volunteered at UNC Health’s Stuff the Bus event, helping pack and organize school supplies for students across the Triangle.

The annual drive collected more than 40,000 items, providing local students with the tools they need for a successful school year.

We were proud to support an initiative that invests directly in our community’s future, and we look forward to participating in more opportunities like this to give back and make a positive impact.

Our residential team has also been finding ways to give back to the community. Employees participated in canned food drives alongside local real estate partners, donated and transported goods in support of Move For Hunger, and worked alongside our network partners to support Saving Grace Animals for Adoption as well as provided local teachers with much-needed classroom supplies.

The Charlotte team also attended two senior living expos, where they hosted a booth and met with prospective clients and community members. These efforts are just a few examples of how our team stays engaged in the communities we serve, something that continues to be a priority across All American.

Residential Success

Over the past few months, All American has been trusted with the personal belongings of many well-respected residents in Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham areas.

These local, national and international customers include:

  • Current and former athletic staff members for UNC and NC State as well as faculty members and students at Elon College and UNC-Charlotte.
  • Some of the top law firms in the state.
  • Doctors and staff for a major hospital in Charlotte.
  • VIPs for some of the area’s largest pharma and research companies.
  • Executive director for one of the Triangle’s top senior living facilities.
  • Our soldiers – the men and women who serve and protect our country.
  • Executives for major banks and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Clients of some of the top Senior Move Management companies in the area – including residents living in the top senior communities and continuing care facilities in Charlotte and Raleigh.
  • Our skilled residential teams have also assisted with international relocations as we have partnerships with some of the largest international freight forwarding companies in the world.

Alongside traditional household belongings, a recent move involved a variety of items that required additional planning and care, including saunas, heavy safes, and specialized medical equipment.

When these items need to be stored between destinations, Storage in Transit (SIT) provides a temporary solution while the move is in progress.

Each item presents its own logistical considerations, highlighting the variety of belongings our teams coordinates during household relocations.

The past quarter brought new challenges, opportunities, and milestones across the company. Thank you to everyone who contributed to our continued success, and we look forward to what the next quarter has in store!
