THANKS FOR RUNNING WITH US! WE ARE SO PUMPED!
We need good stuff right now and you are doing good stuff!
Just a few reminders:
Packet Pick Up today: 10 AM to 5 PM, John A. and Genny Morris Conservation Center, just behind the Bass Pro Store on Sunshine and Campbell

NO PACKET PICK UP ON SUNDAY!
Wear your face mask as you wait to start!

  • Marathon and Relay- in corrals A-D by 6:15 AM; start at 6:45 AM; check your bib; if assigned wrong letter, go to Corral D
  • Half Marathon- in corrals by 6:30 AM; start at 7:00 AM; in corrals E-J; check your bib; if assigned wrong letter, go to Corral J
  • 5K- in corrals by 6:45 AM; start at 7:15 AM; in corrals L and M; check your bib; if assigned wrong letter, go to Corral L

Social distance in your corrals- there is enough space. The sides are open so you have room to move around.
Be patient with this process. Remember, your time will start when your bib crosses the starting mat. You are running, it is not going to rain, and you get to enjoy the beauty of the Ozarks.

  • Dress for the weather- you will be outside for a while.
  • The store and Expo center will not be open in the morning- you must park and walk toward the Grand Entrance to Bass Pro Shops.
  • The pre-race, non-denominational worship service is at 6:15. It is at the corner of the Outlet store, not far from the Marathon Corrals.
  • You are able to walk behind the John A. and Genny Morris Conservation Center (Expo location) but you will not be able to walk around WOW- that area will be blocked.
  • You can park in the Expo area and to the south of the store. You are welcome to park across the street in the strip mall areas and restaurants.

We will not do an awards ceremony and timing results are available on your bib with your QR code.
Mercy Hospital is on the course and and at the finish; aid stations can help you at any point in time if you need assistance.
Dr. Loehr's team will be in the Expo center after the events to help roll and stretch as necessary.

The courses are marked on the ground with white fish. Straight fish- go straight. Fish also lead into turning areas. Race on Sunday signs mark much of the marathon route. Many streets on the marathon route are coned- look for those to stay on track.

Relay exchange points are marked with banners! There are volunteers and portas at each of those locations.

This is a blessing- let's make the day great by staying positive. You have a whole of team of people sending warmth, good vibes, prayers and blessings out in your honor. You got this!

Keep Moving!,
