Please join us in welcoming Dr. Amanda Perkins to the Cats Exclusive team! Dr. Perkins started her veterinary career at Cat Hospital of Metairie in Louisiana after graduating from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and has been a feline-exclusive veterinarian for over ten years. To be closer to family, she relocated to Seattle to join the crew at Cats Exclusive.

She has shared her life with cats since childhood and finds great joy in guiding cat lovers to maximize their cats' well-being and happiness. She has strong interests in internal medicine, dental surgery, and behavior.

Outside of work, Dr. Perkins enjoys performance art and dining. She is married and shares her home with a naughty black cat named Susu, a spirited Bengal named Charlemagne, and Poptart the Pomeranian.

We are excited to have her as part of our team.

This summer we celebrated Dr. Jennifer Fligiel's 17th year at Cats Exclusive, followed by days of tearful goodbyes as she moved on to a new professional endeavor. Dr. Fligiel has cared for so many feline patients with dedication and compassion, and she developed close relationships with their family members. We will miss her empathetic nature and her very keen sense of humor. These traits made her not only a valuable member of the team and an esteemed colleague, but also a dear friend. We miss you, Dr. Fligiel, and wish you the best on your new path!
