I hope this email finds you safe and well. Starting today our NC Governor has lifted some restrictions and started phase 1 of our "back to a new normal" plan. With the easing of restrictions, it will allow our physical store location to open back up. For the time being, we have decided to remain cautious and limit our store hours. Here are the details of our re-opening:
*We will be adjusting our store hours week by week. You can keep up with our hours on our website and our social media pages. For next week, our hours will be (Thursday 5/14, 12:00-6:00) (Friday 5/15 12:00-6:00) and (Saturday 5/16 10:00-4:00).
*There will be a 4 customer limit in the store at one time. Once we reach the 4 person limit, we will be blocking the entrance of the store. If you arrive to shop and we have reached our limit, please wait patiently in the alcove for a customer to leave and then we will direct the next person in.
*At the front door there is now a table with hand sanitizer. When you walk in please sanitize your hands. If you choose not to, we will have to ask you to leave for the safety of our employees, and our other customers.
*You are not required to wear a mask when you come in to shop. If you want to wear one, feel free to!
*For the time being, our beading tables are closed and we ask that no one come to hang out and bead. I know we all want to get back together but we have to think of the safety of ourselves and other shoppers.
*If you are sick, please do not come in and shop. We will be happy to do a curbside pick up for you. If you'd like to do a curbside pickup, please call 828-245-0306 to place your order or place your order online and we will be happy to bring it out to you.
*If you are immune compromised, you don't feel safe shopping in the store while other customers are shopping, or you can't come during the hours we are open, we are happy to set up an appointment with you to come in and shop on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. We are happy to accommodate you during these crazy times. To make an appointment call us at 828-245-0306.
*To help keep you safe, we will be cleaning our register system and our counter after we check out each customer. We will be cleaning the door handles of the store several times a day and at the end of each day we will give the store a good deep cleaning
It is our hope that very soon we will be able to fully open our doors and have classes in store again. For now though, we are still shipping and packing orders daily. Please check out the promotions below that we've got coming up over the next week or two:
