MFA Longevity Market Report
News and insights from thought leaders in the longevity economy

March 2026

Dear friends and colleagues,

We have had an exciting March! We are deep in the planning of our 23rd annual What's Next Longevity Venture Summit and are excited to bring the event to CITRIS at UC Berkeley. We will have great speakers from senior housing, such as Front Porch CEO Sean Kelly, as well as many investors who are actively funding in the longevity market, such as Dan Herman, Tiffany Wu and Jeannee Parker Martin. We will focus on education and AI, including many use cases of AI being deployed in home care, health care, and senior housing. Don’t forget that you can nominate someone for the John Hopper Award by April 17 and be sure to submit your $10k Business Plan Competition application by April 30!

As part of this busy month, I wrapped up a three-year judging stint for the Longitude Prize on Dementia. A hearty congratulations to the £1 million grand prize winner CrossSense and to all of the finalists!

Finally, I was humbled to be selected as one of the Inspiring Women of San Francisco by the Nob Hill Gazette and San Francisco Examiner. It was so great to be among this leadership group and learn from women like Mayor Barbara Lee and others at the awards ceremony last week.

We hope to see you at UC Berkeley in June!

Warmly,

Mary
