Children's car seats can be complicated, but they are crucially important to child safety! Correctly installing and understanding your child's car seat keeps them safe. If you're overwhelmed by this, the wonderful Myra can help you out at a 1:1 appointment! We offer a variety of services for this program:
- Drive over with your car seats already installed, and Myra can check that they are correct.
-
Have a new car seat you want installed? Myra can do it for you.
- Need help purchasing and installing a car seat? 4-C is happy to provide FREE car seats and to help install new car seats once they arrive.
| | To participate, we need information from you about your car, car seats, age of children, and more! After you submit the form on our website, Myra will contact you to set up an appointment. (She will have some capacity to do this around our other 4-C programs, but appointments must be scheduled in advance!) | |

This strength includes the resources, supports, information, and opportunities that all families need and should be able to rely on, so that parents and kids can grow. It’s ok to ask for and accept help.
All families use some kind of support, such as:
- Depending on friends, neighbors, and family.
- Getting help with childcare, transportation, or basic needs.
- Using community resources like schools, parks, hospitals, or job opportunities.
- Relying on rules, laws, and common ways of doing things in society.
