Dear Holy Name Families,

We are looking forward to tomorrow's Touch-a-Truck and Fall Festival sponsored by Home and School. The rain should be cleared by noon tomorrow and we should have a nice fall day for the event.

We look forward to welcoming many prospective families to our school tomorrow for Open House. There is still time to register so please share the opportunity with family, friends, and neighbors if you haven't already.

We will host our first Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, October 29th. Teachers in nursery through 4th grade shared links to sign up for an appointment slot yesterday. The 5th and 6th grade teachers are available for drop-in appointments on this date.

We look forward to a great day tomorrow and hope to see many of you there.

• The winter uniform is now in effect. Shorts cannot be worn until the spring. Please click here for uniform details.

Our sixth-grade Eagles had a wonderful time with their Nursery buddies this week, coloring Halloween-themed pictures and sharing lots of smiles! We love watching these special friendships grow throughout the school year.

Fourth graders in Mrs. Foley's class get to the Heart of Learning! As part of the Wit & Wisdom ELA curriculum, our fourth graders read and studied The Circulatory Story by Mary Corcoran. Working in groups, students identified main ideas, recorded supporting details, and illustrated their chosen topics.

Great teamwork, creativity, and learning as our students explored how the circulatory system works!

Touch a Truck & Fall Festival is this Saturday, October 17, from 12:00–4:00 PM on the school campus, and we hope to see you there! See below for full details.
