Community Meetings

PLEASE JOIN US for the upcoming public meetings for the Runway 19R Approach Evaluation Project. During these meetings, there will be a presentation from the project team and an opportunity for participants to ask questions and make comments.

The first public meeting for the Runway 19R Approach Evaluation Project will be held virtually on Wednesday, September 23rd at 4 p.m.

The second public meeting will be held in person at the HHSA Conference Center on Wednesday, October 7th from 7pm-9pm. See details below.

The goal of the project is to evaluate the feasibility of a new Runway 19R flight approach that could help address aircraft noise concerns when visibility conditions allow.

VIRTUAL TOWN HALL

At this meeting, staff will provide an update on the work done to find possible 19R approaches and answer questions and comments.

IN-PERSON INFORMATION WORKSHOP

This in-person workshop will expand upon the information shared at the virtual town hall and will facilitate discussion about the possible approach alternatives.
