The purpose of the Provider Scholarship Program is to help defray the cost of attending this conference for members who work for healthcare providers. The amount and quantity of scholarships awarded will depend on the funding and any specific underwriting received by sponsors. It is the intent to award scholarships to as many attendees as possible. Applicants must work for healthcare providers.

Free Conference Registration
Up to 2 hotel nights (must live outside a 50-mile radius from conference).

Scholarships will be awarded based upon several criteria, including:

Diversity in provider base of applicants
Number of applicants
Available funding and sponsorships
Description of need

The deadline for submitting your application for consideration is February 9, 2025. Awarded scholarships are only available to the recipient and are not transferrable. Applications will be processed as received, with all notifications of acceptance or denial communicated no later than March 2, 2026.
