Never Pay a Late Fee
at Island Gym!
Hello,
We have never charged or received money from late fees. They are changed and collected by our club management billing company (ABC Financial). Planet Fitness, Retro Fitness, and us all use the same company (ABC). Since we are not a franchise, we can help you however possible to save money on your membership. Especially in tough times, when every dollar counts.

What you need to do...

A $15 late fee is automatically charged if your membership dues are late after 5 days. If you see this charge on your account, and it has NOT been billed or paid, we can help deduct the fee. However, we can not credit or refund you after the charge has been paid.

All you need to do is reach out and let us know if your account is past due or if you see the late fee on your account. The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can intercept and remove the $15 fee.

You will then need to pay the balance owed and provide new billing information to stop the next late fee from being charged.

How to see if you're being charged a late fee...

Do not call ABC, they can not help you. They want the money. Contact us.
