In the providence of God, at Calvary we have a superb location, a large campus, and beautiful and functional facilities. God, in His grace, has given all this to be used for His glory and the furtherance of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. I recently reflected on how much our campus and facilities are being used during these summer months! Many people may only see Calvary through the lens of our morning worship service. Although that service is the summit of our worship, it is only part of the life and ministry of Calvary.
During the summer, we have hosted numerous ministry activities, including two Calvary Kids Music Camps, Freestyle Camp, and CHAMP Sports camps. Hundreds of children are hearing of the love of Jesus Christ and the truth of God’s Word. Bible studies have continued, funerals and weddings have taken place, our sports fields and gym have been well used, and we have commissioned GO Trips to Senegal, Germany, Romania, and Kenya. The Gathering has become a place where people not only enjoy a cup of coffee but also form lasting friendships. Although Calvary Christian Academy is on vacation, the Calvary Child Development Center continues to serve many children this summer. We rejoice that our campus remains a beacon of light in the Carolinas and around the world.

Meet Middle School Pastor Micah Burdett and his wife, Riley, at the Pavilion! Parents will have an opportunity to speak with Micah and Riley, meet other families, and enjoy fellowship and snacks. Students and siblings, wear your swimsuit and bring a towel! We'll have a water slide and lots of fun games out on the fields.

🎼 Calvary Worship Ministry — Choir, Orchestra & Tech Team
We're welcoming new team members in August and September! In this dynamic ministry, vocalists, instrumentalists, and audio/video technicians (high school age and older) use their gifts and talents to glorify God and serve the body of Christ. Wednesday rehearsals are times of musical preparation and rich spiritual community. Calvary membership is required.
