Children’s Choir Is Back!

Children’s Choir is open to children ages 3–12 who would like to help lead our congregation in worship through music. Rehearsals will be Sunday mornings from 10:30–11:15 a.m. in Room F.

Parents are encouraged to attend rehearsals with their children as we learn, sing, and worship together!

Come join the choir and make a joyful noise to the Lord!

Bring your whole family to SAPC for a safe, fun, and free Halloween alternative! Kids can dress up in their favorite costumes and go trunk-to-trunk in our parking lot to collect tons of candy.

Book Fair

Join us Monday–Thursday, October 26-29, from 8:30 am–2:45 pm in Alpha (NE Campus) for the Preschool and Kindergarten Annual Book Fair! Shop for birthdays, Christmas, or your own reading list! Featuring a wide variety of titles, including faith-based books for kids and adults. You can also support our classrooms by purchasing books directly for teachers’ libraries, helping spark a lifelong love of reading in our students.

If you'd like to sign up to volunteer, you are invited to dress as your favorite storybook character to make the event even more fun.

Featured Artist: Stan Thorud

October 25 through December 6

Featured artist, Stan Thorud, now of Tucson, Arizona, has “lived” in 49 of the 50 states over the last 20 years and has been a full-time RVer for the past 13 years. He produced his first oil painting in an eighth-grade art class, creating a few more before beginning a career as a product designer (during which he switched to acrylics for several pieces). After a 40-year hiatus, he picked up painting again in 2017 at the request of a friend, Kathy Carter. Now, 250 paintings later—and after dedicating themselves to each other this past August—he says of his work, “I’ve found that my purpose in life is to bring joy to people’s lives, and painting is how I do it.”

Faith on Tap is a chance for men to gather and talk about issues relating to their lives and faith that meets every other month in someone's living room. Our next meeting will be on November 13. Household Donation Drive

We are continuing to collect Household Donations through the month of October. Help us meet our goal of providing 60 Household Care Packs filled with essentials. Care packs will support our Adopt-A-Family program and the youth residents at I AM YOU 360. Drop off donations in the Gathering Place throughout October.
