Welcome message

Dear partners and colleagues,

The world keeps moving—and so do we. Here is what’s on our radar this May, building on our January newsletter.

I am pleased to share the next step in our journey at Royal College Canada International (RCCI). After 15 years of global collaboration, RCCI is introducing its new three-year strategic plan. It reflects what we have learned together and how RCCI will continue to advance postgraduate medical education (PGME) worldwide.

Guided by integrity, collaboration and respect, the plan focuses on achieving sustainable growth, driving innovative offerings and strengthening global connections, with a continued emphasis on reciprocal partnerships and shared learning. It sets a clear path for how we will grow together.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the development of this plan. My team and I hope you enjoy learning about it, along with the other updates throughout this newsletter.

Warm regards,

Craig

Since 2019, our partnership has advanced PGME through curriculum and faculty development, assessment standards, and alignment with international frameworks. This milestone reflects KUSOM’s leadership, sustained excellence and commitment to continuous improvement.
