Thank you for your continued support of the Business Law Section. We are excited to have you join us for the 2026 Labor Day Retreat at The Ritz-Carlton Naples Beach Resort!

As always, the Retreat will be a family-friendly event with activities through Monday afternoon for attendees of all ages. Be sure to review the Retreat website for the full schedule of events.

REGISTRATION: After reviewing the brochure/retreat website, please register using the link below. All attendees—including guests and children—must register in advance. There will be no onsite registration.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: After registering, complete the survey on the Hotel Reservation Link tab. Once submitted, you'll receive access to the hotel reservation link immediately and again by email within 24 hours.

Please do not share your hotel link. Retreat registration is required before making a reservation, and reservations made without a Retreat registration may be canceled.

Due to the current renovations, all guestrooms will be at the Beach Resort. Tiburón guestrooms are unavailable; however, guests will still have access to the Tiburón pools, water park, golf course, and complimentary shuttle.

Our discounted room rate starts at $279/night, plus a reduced $30 daily resort fee (regularly $45), which includes beach chairs and umbrella, Tiburón water park access, fitness classes, bicycles, Wi-Fi, and other resort amenities.

To help ensure as many Business Law Section members as possible have access to our discounted room block, we ask that you reserve only one guest room during the initial booking period. If you have a need for additional rooms, please contact me directly before making those reservations. We are happy to review requests after members have had an opportunity to reserve their accommodations.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Room reservations become non-refundable after August 12 at 4:00 p.m. ET.
  
• If the room block appears full, try adjusting your arrival or departure dates.
  
• If you still cannot reserve a room, email me to be added to the waiting list.
  
• Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your hotel reservation link after registering.
  

BLS REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

Anyone eligible for reimbursement under the BLS Reimbursement Policy should register for the Retreat and submit a reimbursement request in accordance with the policy.
