We pray for all who have lost loved ones, homes, and livelihoods in the catastrophic flood event in Nepal. May God be with all who are grieving, as well as those who are working tirelessly to locate survivors and begin the long road back to recovery.
We also pray for the citizens of Gary, Indiana, many of whom are still without power three weeks after a flood in that community. May those with the power and resources to help, including FEMA, move quickly to come to their aid.
We are looking for help with potluck contributions, from salads to desserts, along with extra hands for set-up and clean-up.
