Re: 2023 RBC Heritage Golf Tournament
Attn: Sea Pines Property Owner Rentals
This message is regarding the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament taking place within Sea Pines Monday, April 10 – Sunday, April 16, 2023.
Please click here to view the restricted roads within Sea Pines that will require a Heritage Hangtag for vehicles to access through the Security Checkpoints during tournament play. This document also states the quantity of tournament hangtags that can be issued per rental property. The Security Checkpoints are expected to start from 6:00 am each day (Monday – Sunday). Once the tournament play has finished for the day the Security Checkpoints will not be manned until the following day. Click here to view a map of the Security Checkpoints.
If your rental guest or assigned agent will be picking up the tournament hangtag/s on your behalf, you may notify Sea Pines CSA using the online Heritage request form found on our website at
seapinesliving.com/hangtags or via email:
securityadmin@csaseapines.com with the following information:
- name of the rental guest / assigned agent;
- rental property address;
- the quantity of hangtags CSA are authorized to distribute for each property.
The rental guest / assigned agent will be required to present a form of photo ID (driver’s license / passport) when collecting the tournament hangtag/s.

Ride Share App and Taxi Transportation will be restricted throughout the Heritage Week, during tournament play. Designated drop off and pick up locations will be located at the Shops at Sea Pines Center – 71 Lighthouse Road. If your rental guest has trouble getting to the taxi pick up location due to excess luggage or inability to walk due to health issues, please contact our Dispatch Office: 843-671-7170.
Items to remember:
- Hangtags cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Sea Pines CSA cannot issue more hangtags than the quantity stated on the ‘Heritage Hangtag’ document. Additional vehicles may park at Lot 4 (enter on Governors Road) with the vehicle rental pass displayed on the dashboard. Overnight parking is permitted.
- If your rental will be occupied by different guests during the week of the tournament, it is the property owner’s responsibility to ensure the hangtags issued are returned to the property owner and re-issued to the next guests.

- Saturday, April 8th: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Sunday, April 9th: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Monday, April 10th - Friday, April 14th: 7:30 am—4:30 pm
- Saturday, April 15th: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Sunday, April 16th: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
2023 Heritage Trolley Map and Schedule:
- The Sea Pines Trolley will provide service to the Heritage tournament Monday, April 10th – Sunday, April 16th from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm.
