  • ALL students - regardless if you are doing an express checkout - must sign up for a checkout time BEFORE Thursday, April 28.
  • To sign-up please follow the instructions you will receive from your Community Director.

RL&H offers two types of checkouts:
EXPRESS

  • WHO: those in a double who are not the last person checking out.
  • WHAT: Move out, clean room, sign envelope, & place key(s) in envelope and drop at your Community Office.
  • NOTE: Students participating in Express Check-Out waive the right to appeal for fines/damages.
STANDARD

  • WHO: Any student; however all students in singles and the last person checking out of a double must.
  • WHAT: Move out, clean room, meet RA at scheduled time, walkthrough room with RA, return key to RA, & sign Check-Out Form.
After your check-out, your door will be locked and
you will not be able to return.

Cleaning supplies will be available from your Community Office.

Depending on what community you live in, you may be asked to only complete an express or standard check-out. Look for future messages around scheduling your move-out to confirm.
Your hall staff will send reminder emails with
community-specific information as closing approaches.

Those living in University-Sponsored Housing
[Deacon Station or any Crowne Property]
will receive specific instructions on check-out.
