Join Us for a Fun & Whimsical Writing Workshop,My Friend!
Greetings!

I have teamed up with Tina Marie Johnson, Owner & Songbird at Blue Mountain Creative Consulting, to launch a writing workshop based on the concepts of "how-to" storytelling and creative whimsy.

This generative writing workshop is perfect for beginning or advanced writers, or anyone in between. We are taking a fun & whimsical approach to storytelling using a “how-to" model that is usually used to provide instruction. Before we turn you loose to write your tale of whimsy, I will give you a brief introduction to storytelling, based on Hollywood screenwriter Michael Hague's three essentials of story writing, and the how-to model. Then, our very own Songbird will take you on a whimsical trail!

Our prompts are, "How to Climb the Stars" or "How to Babysit a Grandpa," which you may use--or you may bring an idea of your own!

Tina and I hope to see you at this fun, online, three-hour writing workshop on Sunday, April 23, from 3 pm to 6 pm EDT, My Friend!

Tom Pfeifer is a writing coach and speaking coach. To set up a complimentary 30-minute consultation to see if he can help you to Communicate for SuccessSM, contact him at ConnectWithTom.com.

I will tell you when a robot is doing the writing.

Anywho… On that day I’d walked back and forth from my apartment to the restaurant four or five times. It’s only a half block, but sometimes I make the circuit six or eight times before my bar shift even starts. I’m old and I forget things. I don’t usually take the same route every time either because I am concerned that people working in the businesses I pass will think “there he goes again… what did he forget this time?” In reality, they aren’t thinking about me at all, but who wants to walk to and fro thinking that?
