Call for Submission

Dear Colleagues,

We are happy to inform you that our paper submission portal is now open! Please find more information in the Call for Papers Flyer, and on our EMC Europe 2026 website.

We are looking forward to receiving many relevant proposals for workshops, tutorials, special sessions and regular papers for oral or poster presentations.

Sincerely,

Dr. Niek Moonen

Chair of the EMC Europe 2026 Symposium Organizing Committee

Regular Paper Submission

Authors must use an up-to-date IEEE conference paper template.

Authors are invited to submit original contributions on all EMC-related aspects within the technical areas listed above. Only full, 2-column papers of 4 to 6 pages, prepared according to the IEEE rules for style using the published template, will be peer-reviewed and checked for plagiarism using the IEEE CrossCheck portal. Papers should be uploaded in PDF-format via the conference system (www.conftool.org/emceurope2026) before Monday, February 16, 2026.

To submit the contribution, a new account has to be registered or an existing author’s account has to be used. Final versions of accepted papers, which will be presented in oral or poster sessions at EMC Europe 2026 will be submitted for publication in the IEEE Xplore® database. The Electronic IEEE Copyright Form needs to be signed for each paper and the appropriate copyright clearance code notice should be added on the bottom of the paper’s first page. The Best Symposium Paper and Best Student paper will be selected by the International Steering Committee and awarded at the conference dinner.

Workshops & Tutorials

Workshops and tutorials will be organized as interactive educational sessions designed to offer up-to-date, practical guidance for newcomers to the subject as well as those seeking a refresher. They will also cover more advanced, topical issues in depth. Typically, each workshop or tutorial will consist of a session featuring several presentations by different speakers. Once a proposal is accepted, the workshop or tutorial organizer will be responsible for soliciting presentations, managing the review process, coordinating with speakers, ensuring all deadlines are met, liaising with the symposium's Local Committee, and moderating the session during the event. Please send the proposals to wtss-emc-europe-2026@utwente.nl before Monday, March 30, 2026. The final presentations should be submitted by August 3, 2026, using the published template.
