JOIN AAGLA's GOLF DAY OUT

Our friends at the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles are hosting their annual golf tournament in Burbank on Thursday, Oct 8.

Come play golf or just socialize with other multi-family housing providers. There will be vendors, food, drink, lots of property owners, prizes and a lot of fun to be had. Proceeds will benefit the restoration and protection of our property rights.

LATEST FROM THE RENT BOARD

We always attend Rent Board meetings on your behalf. On Thursday September 17^th, we heard an appeal for a larger reduction in rent from a tenant, which was denied after nearly three hours.

The Rent Board then went on to choose a new venue for meetings at Brookside Golf Club from October 1^st. We invite you to attend.
