OAKLAND COUNTY, MI (August 1, 2024) – Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) is pleased to announce Tradina Taylor as the new Director of Access.

Under the direction of OCHN’s Chief Clinical Officer, Kimberly Flowers, Taylor will oversee the organizations Access efforts. The Director of Access plays a key role in improving ease of access to services, consistency in process, and ensuring a high level of quality professional service and assessment for Oakland County. OCHN recently reclassified their Manager of Access position to a director level which aligns with their strategic goal to expand Access operations and services.

“Tradina’s extensive expertise overseeing OCHN’s Access Department is critical to meeting OCHN’s goal of growing the Access Team and connecting people to public behavioral services,” said OCHN’s Chief Clinical Officer, Kimberly Flowers. “Tradina is a tremendous community role model and dedicated healthcare professional. We’re thrilled to have her in this role,” added Flowers.

Taylor has been with OCHN’s Access Department since 2015 and has held various positions such as Access Screener, Team Lead, Supervisor, and most recently, Manager of Access. Prior to joining OCHN, she worked with OCHN’s Provider Network, working with children with serious emotional disturbances, individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, and adults with mental health concerns. Before her work in Oakland County, Taylor worked as an Infant Mental Health Clinician in Wayne County. She also runs her own private practice where at this time she is the sole proprietor.

Help us welcome Tradina Taylor to her new role as Director of Access!
